If for any reason you are not completely in love with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days of delivery for a full refund – completely free of charge.

1. 14-Day Trial Period

You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order to try the product.
If you’re not satisfied for any reason — scent, texture, or experience — you can send it back for a 100% refund.

2. Free Returns

Returns are completely free.
Once your return request is approved, we will send you a prepaid return label via email — simply print it and drop the parcel off at your nearest post office.

3. Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a refund:

The return must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
The product and packaging must be returned (even if opened or slightly used, we still accept it — we believe in fairness).

If the return does not meet these conditions, we reserve the right to decline the refund.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us immediately at support@purenova.com.
We will send a replacement or full refund right away — no need to return the damaged item.

6. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange a product (for a different scent or version), simply email us.
We’ll guide you step-by-step and send your replacement free of charge once the first product is returned.
